What is included in the Formation Pro package fee?
The fee covers preparation and filing of company formation documents, coordination with the commercial registry in Alexandria, drafting of a founders' agreement, and two standard contract templates. Government filing fees, if applicable, are billed separately and disclosed before work begins.
Do you offer custom quotes for complex contracts?
Yes. If a matter falls outside our standard packages, such as multi-party commercial agreements or specialized corporate structuring, we review the scope first and provide a written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
How does payment work for the Business Advisory plan?
The Business Advisory plan is billed monthly and includes a set number of consulting hours and document reviews. Additional work beyond the monthly scope is quoted separately in advance and requires your approval before we proceed.
Can I switch plans later if my business grows?
Yes. Many clients start with a single contract review and move to Formation Pro or the Advisory plan as their needs expand. We can adjust your plan at the start of a new billing cycle without penalty.
Are consultation fees applied toward the final package price?
If you book an initial consultation and proceed with one of our packages within 14 days, the consultation fee is credited toward the total package cost. This applies to Starter and Formation Pro clients.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major payment cards for both one-time packages and monthly advisory plans. Invoices are issued in advance for one-time services and at the start of each billing cycle for ongoing plans.
